The XY Heavy-duty Grizzly Feeder features a unique three-stage grizzly design that effectively prevents feeding blockages, better pre-screens out mud and small-sized sand and gravel, and improves the crushing efficiency of the entire production line.

Equipped with a variable frequency speed-regulating motor, it allows convenient and quick adjustment of feeding flow, making feeding more uniform, easy to operate and control, with smoother start-up and adjustment. It ensures uniform, accurate and stable feeding, enabling the whole production line to operate more efficiently.

The side plates of the XY Heavy-duty Grizzly Feeder are made of high-yield strength steel plates, with reinforced steel plates at the exciter area to ensure overall strength. The screen body adopts Huck rivets and hemming process, eliminating stress concentration caused by welding, preventing frame loosening and deformation under long-term operation. This gives the feeder higher fatigue strength and outstanding durability.

The exciting force of the XY Heavy-duty Grizzly Feeder is generated jointly by shaft eccentricity and eccentric blocks rotating on the eccentric shaft, delivering stronger vibration, smoother operation, and longer service life.

With advanced manufacturing technology, the entire screen body is processed on a gantry boring and milling machine for double-side milling and boring, ensuring perfect alignment and concentricity for exciter assembly. The bearing housings are made of special alloy steel, avoiding high wear that causes bearing outer race rotation in conventional materials, thus eliminating frequent replacements. They feature excellent wear resistance and deformation resistance.

The bearings adopt an advanced thin oil lubrication system. Compared with grease lubrication, it features better cooling performance, easier cleaning, low resistance from oil film formation, and lower cost. Combined with a special labyrinth seal design to prevent oil leakage, bearing service life is more than doubled.
